We currently have three live programmes: the Physical Recovery Programme (1 week, in-person Prague), the Athlete Performance Programme (1 day, in-person Prague), and the Sleep Recovery Programme (5 weeks, fully online or hybrid). These are our flagship offerings - more specialties are being confirmed continuously.

What is the Sleep Recovery Programme and who is it for?

It's a 5-week structured, medication-free sleep recovery programme run by INSPAMED - the Institute of Sleep Medicine Prague, with over 17 years of expertise. It combines behavioural sleep therapy, nervous system regulation, and digital sleep tracking. The full programme can be delivered online, so you don't need to travel to Prague. It's designed for people with chronic insomnia that affects performance, recovery, mood, and long-term health.

What is the Physical Recovery Programme and who is it for?

A one-week intensive sports medicine and physical recovery programme at Body Solution Clinic Prague, led by the Czech Olympic Team doctor. It's for people recovering from surgery or serious sports injury. The week combines orthopaedic medicine, daily physiotherapy, recovery therapies, and performance nutrition - structured around your stage of recovery.

What is the Athlete Performance Programme?

A comprehensive one-day assessment at Body Solution Clinic Prague covering VO₂ max (spiroergometry), InBody composition, lactate threshold, ForceDecks force plate testing, kinesiology, sweat analysis, orthopaedic assessment, and nutrition consultation. Designed for competitive athletes and serious recreational athletes who want to understand their limits and vulnerabilities.

Can the Sleep programme be done without travelling to Prague?

Yes - the Sleep Recovery Programme is available fully online. The first consultation can take place in Prague or remotely; all remaining sessions are conducted online with English-speaking specialists. You receive the SleepFactory digital tracker and ongoing support throughout.

What other specialties are coming?

We are in the process of confirming partners for aesthetics, dental, vision, oncological prevention, breast screening, longevity & preventive medicine, and fertility care. Yes. Both INSPAMED and Body Solution Clinic have English-speaking practitioners and can handle all consultations and documentation in English.
